Wellbeing conversations can easily become too vague, too clinical, or too unrealistic.
Eseosa takes a different approach.
She translates everyday wellness topics into clear, relatable conversations that acknowledge the realities people are carrying — work pressure, family responsibilities, fatigue, inconsistent routines, emotional strain, cultural expectations, and the challenge of caring for yourself while still showing up for others.
Her approach is:
practical rather than overwhelming
supportive rather than shaming
culturally grounded and globally understandable
educational without unnecessary jargon
reflective without becoming vague
focused on realistic next steps
The aim is not to tell people how to live perfectly.
It is to help them understand themselves better and make healthier choices with greater clarity.

creating space to respond rather than simply react
Women's wellbeing & life transitions

Topics can be shaped appropriately for the audience and may include:
self-care during high-responsibility seasons

energy, rest, food, and sustainable habits
motherhood, identity, and personal wellbeing
Sessions remain within general wellness education and do not replace individual medical advice or treatment.

A trusted educator with a practical approach to wellbeing.
Eseosa Sylvia Edo is the founder of Esylsa Wellness and host of Wholeness Wave by Esylsa Wellness.
She is a wellness coach, wellness advocate, care professional, humanitarian, and community leader. As part of her commitment to supporting people responsibly on their wellness journeys, Eseosa continues to deepen her knowledge through ongoing herbal wellness education and professional development. She is currently undertaking herbal wellness training, alongside previous training in herbal tea production and organic gardening.
Her perspective on wellbeing was shaped in part by her own experience of early motherhood, exhaustion, responsibility and feeling disconnected from herself. Her rebuilding began through food, familiar Nigerian ingredients, simple habits, reflection, rest, and responsible traditional wellness knowledge. That experience reshaped how she understood resilience:
Strength is not only about enduring more. Sometimes, it is about learning how to support yourself differently.
Today, Eseosa brings that perspective into calm, practical conversations that help people understand wellbeing with greater clarity — without shame, extremes, or unrealistic expectations.

"I joined Esylsa Wellness in April 2024, desperate to get back to the woman I used to be. After years of weight gain and frustration, I finally took the step—and it changed everything. Within two months, I lost 7.2 kg through consistent guidance, personalised tips, and unwavering encouragement. Even while travelling and navigating Nigerian meals, I stayed on track. Eight months in, I’m not just lighter—I’m happier, more disciplined, and proud of how far I’ve come. Thank you, Esylsa Wellness. We did it!"
– Christy

"Esylsa’s WhatsApp status alone feels like a mini wellness school! I’ve learnt to be more intentional about my health and picked up daily habits that promote long-term wellness. It’s practical, eye-opening, and empowering. Thank you for making health feel simple and doable."
– Amaka
