FAQ — Esylsa Wellness

Answers to common questions about coaching, herbal consultations, speaking, booking, and how Esylsa Wellness works.

Getting Started

1) Who do you help?

We support busy women and men who feel run down, overwhelmed, bloated, inconsistent with food, or stuck in a cycle of always “starting over.” Most clients want steadier energy, calmer digestion, better sleep, and routines that fit real life.

2) Do you work with men too?

Yes. We work with women and men. Women-specific support for hormones, postpartum, and perimenopause is available as an optional pathway, but it is not the only focus.

3) I’m not “sick,” just tired and off. Is this for me?

Yes — that is a common reason people come. If you are functioning but running on fumes, coaching or a consultation can help you build structure so you are not guessing every week.

4) Which service should I choose: Coaching or Herbal Consultation?

Use this simple guide:

Choose 1:1 Coaching if you want ongoing support, accountability, and help building consistent routines around food rhythm, stress support, sleep, and lifestyle structure.

Choose a Herbal Consultation if you want a personalised herbal and habit plan, food-and-tea-level support, and clear next steps without ongoing weekly coaching.

Section 2: Herbal Consultations
Herbal Consultations

5) What happens in a herbal consultation?

You will discuss your main concerns, routine, stress load, food patterns, sleep, and goals. Then you will receive a personalised plan using food-and-tea-level herbs plus practical food rhythms and simple habit steps you can actually follow.

6) Do you prescribe medicine?

No. We do not prescribe medication or treat medical conditions. We provide general wellbeing support using food, routines, and herbs at tea/food level.

General wellbeing guidance, not medical advice. If pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or with serious symptoms, check with your doctor.

7) What do you mean by “tea/food level herbs”?

It means herbs used the way people commonly use them in everyday life — like teas, simple blends, and food-style support — not drug-level dosing or medical treatment.

8) Can herbal support help with bloating, sleep, cravings, or low energy?

Many people use herbs as gentle support for digestion, sleep routines, stress load, and appetite patterns, but results vary and nothing is guaranteed. The goal is a clear plan with consistent rhythms, not a quick fix.

General wellbeing guidance, not medical advice. If pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or with serious symptoms, check with your doctor.

9) Can I do a herbal consultation if I’m on medication?

Possibly — but you need to be careful with herb–medicine interactions. Please share what you are taking during intake, and check with your doctor before using herbal products.

General wellbeing guidance, not medical advice. If pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or with serious symptoms, check with your doctor.

10) Do you support women’s hormones and postpartum recovery?

Yes. Hormone support and postpartum support are available as a dedicated pathway within consultations and coaching, where appropriate.

General wellbeing guidance, not medical advice. If pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or with serious symptoms, check with your doctor.

Section 3: Wellness Coaching
Wellness Coaching

11) What is 1:1 wellness coaching?

It is personalised support to help you stabilise your routine — food rhythm, sleep rhythm, stress support, digestion support, and habits that actually stick. It is practical and built around your real schedule.

12) Is coaching a strict meal plan?

No. You will get structure and guidance, but not punishment plans. We focus on repeatable rhythms — what to do most days — so you are not constantly restarting.

13) What results can I expect?

Most people come for:

- steadier energy and fewer crashes

- calmer digestion

- better sleep routines

- fewer cravings and a more predictable appetite

- weight support through consistency

- more confidence in daily habits

14) How long should I work with you?

If you want momentum and real behaviour change, many people benefit from 4–8 weeks. If you are dealing with long-term stress load and inconsistency, longer support can help.

15) Do you offer group programs too?

Yes — group coaching and bootcamps are for people who want structure plus community support.

18) I live outside Nigeria—can I still work with you?

19) What if I miss my appointment?

Please try to reschedule with notice. If you miss without notice, your session may be forfeited, depending on the booking policy.
